We did not succeed to find polarization settings allowing both an acceptable balance and a reasonable gain. However, no problem of interactions among the HEMTs and the Keithley points were always respected.
The polarization settings relevant to the so called case “V3” is presented, used for this RF test and also for the Y-Factor tests.
