| Notes | The source data file was «SCI180207_110633 - STRIP46_Tcryo20K_RF_-40dBm_0110_V1_07Feb2018.txt» (445 kB) Two settings have been explored, so called “base” and “V1”, both trying to maintain a good balance among trans-conductances of the two legs, but with strong differences on the drain Id currents of the first couple of HEMTs (H0/Q1 and H1/Q6). We obtained easily a good balance and a satisfactory gain for both polarization settings. In particular the “V1” is presented here, that showed higher values and therefore a higher gain. |
