| Notes | The source data file was «SCI180207_122704 - STRIP46_Y-Factor__upLB-40K_10-20-30-40-50_PS0101_V1_07Feb2018.txt» (1786 kB) Two different polarization settings have been assessed, with strong differences on the drain Id currents of the first couple of HEMTs (H0/Q1 and H1/Q6). In particular the so called “V1” presented higher values than the other one, so called "base" and therefore showed a higher gain. The one here presented is the so called “V1”, that showed slightly better results. However , it should be pointed out that the improvement is not important (less than 2K). When the behaviour of the polarimeter is satisfactory, good results are easily obtained also for polarization settings significantly different. |
