| Notes | The source data file was «SCI180227_153223 - STRIP13_Tcryo20K_RF_-40dBm_0110_V2_27Feb2018.txt» (444 kB) In order to obtain both a discrete leg balance and an acceptable gain, it has been necessary, after several attempts, to adopt a not usual settings, with very high drain currents and also a high 1 V drain voltage on the ahead HEMTs. At the same time it has been necessary to limit the drain voltage to 0.3 V on HEMT H4/Q3. No problems of interactions among the HEMTs. Detector output at P=0 showed to be substantially stable. The average of the initial and final values of the test session are here provided. |
